You would have to call their Unit or Command. You can look them up here

You can call Accounting at 910-451-2481 x6367 or visit them in Bldg 895.

6. How do I get a refund for the money I lost in a vending machine?
You can get a refund from any cash handling MCCS activity.

Onslow Beach
1. How can I rent a lodge at Onslow Beach?
Call 910-450-7502, or visit the reservation office at the beach.

2. May we look inside the lodge?
No, however, there are pictures of the units located on the website and located in the reservation office.

3. What is in the lodges?
There is a list on the website telling what is included and what is recommended to bring.

4. Where is the reservation office located?
The office is at the beach behind the C-Store. After crossing the bridge, continue to follow beach road around to the left. The first white trailer on the left hand side is the office.

5. Why can't I rent for a single night at Onslow Beach?
Onslow Beach rents units in blocks of days to keep costs down.

6. Where is a good place to eat?
There are many place to eat aboard Camp Lejeune and in Jacksonville

7. Where is a nearest grocery store?
You can get some of your grocery items at the C-Store located at the beach, and for out in town, the closest is the Food Lion in the Piney Green Shopping Center. If you are an authorized patron, the Commissary is located on Mainside Camp Lejeune.

8. How much does it cost to rent a lodge at the beach?
Call 910-450-7502, visit the reservations office at the beach, or view the price list posted on the website.

9. What is there to do on base for entertainment?
There are a lot of different activities aboard Camp Lejeune, including movie theaters, indoor swimming pools, a bowling center, recreation centers, and much more. Please visit the MCCS, Camp Lejeune website for more information.

10. Where can I go to do my laundry?
There is a coin operated laundromat located in the RV Park at Onslow Beach.

11. Why are there no pets allowed in the lodges at Onslow Beach?
This is for the health and well being for all of the guests that stay at Onslow Beach. It also helps to keep the lodges clean.

12. When will Riseley Pier be opening again?
Riseley Pier will not be re-opening.

13. What do you do in the event of a hurricane?
Bldg. 1 decides if the base needs to evacuate, and routes are posted along the road.

14. Will I get my money back if there is a hurricane or bad weather?
There is no refund for bad weather. The only way the is a refund due to weather is if the base evacuates.

15. Who can make reservations during a deployment?
The service member can make reservations from overseas, or a spouse may also make reservations. If the service member is not married, the parents or person holding the Power of Attorney may make reservations during the time of deployment.

16. Why can't I get my money back for leaving a day early?
The units are reserved in blocks of days to keep costs down and for housekeeping purposes. The room will not be able to be re-rented until your actual check-out day.

17. Can I ride an ATV or dirt bike on the beach?
ATV's or dirt bikes are not allowed on the beach. For further questions, contact the Game Warden at 910-451-2196.

Clubs and Catering
1. What are the hours of operation for the Officers' Club?
Mon-Fri 1100-1300 for lunch
Sunday Breakfast 0930-1330
Smedley’s Café – Wed-Sat 1700-2100
Follow Me Bar – Wed - Fri 1630-2000
Special events will be scheduled with date and time on the monthly calendar.

2. I need to schedule an event at the club, who do I need to call?
Anyone in our Catering Department will be happy to assist you. Please call them at 910-451-2465 x227.

3. Why did the ATM get taken out?
It was moved to accommodate the changes in offices, and is already back in the club near Smedley's and the Follow Me Bar.

4. Do I need Military ID to eat at the Ball Center?
Lunch at the Ball Center is open to all.

5. Can I reserve a room at lunch for a group at the Ball Center?
The dining facility is available on a first come, first served basis. We can reserve you a section in the banquet room and that is also on a space available basis. Our banquet functions that are booked in advance,have guaranteed numbers of guests, and are prepaid are the priority customers for that room.

6. How do I become a member of the Officers' Club?
As of January 2008, all club dues were eliminated at Marine Corps installations. Anyone who was eligible in the past is now automatically a member.

7. Why do we have to go to the website to find the Officers' Club calendar?
With the elimination of dues, there has been a tremendous increase in eligible members. The internet is the most cost effective and largely used method to disseminate information. The club always has available printed calendars are the concierge desk. You can pick one up anytime the club is open.

8. Who can use the pool at the Officers’ Club?
Eligibility to use the pool is the same as eligibility to use the club; active duty/retired officers, their families and guests, and eligible civilian employees (GS7, NF3 and above) and their guests.

9. Will swim lessons be free?
The price for swim lessons has not changed. The Recreation Division charges the same prices to everyone.

10. Why did the Catering Office move from the Ball Center?
To centralize all of our catering staff so they can take advantage of technology and support.

11. Why is there not a Catering Sales Manager at Marston Pavilion?
All sales managers are in one location to take advantage of the technology and efficiencies in our office.

12. Who is authorized to use Marston Pavilion?
Active Duty Military, Retirees, Family Members, and Civilians who are authorized to be on base, can use the facility.

Midway Park and Tarawa Terrace Community Centers
1. Where do I go to send or receive a fax?
Midway Park or Tarawa Terrace Community Centers

2. Where can I get copies made?
One of the Libraries will be where you can make copies.

Gottschalk and Courthouse Bay Marinas
1. Why don’t you have power boats?
The cost and upkeep was too much to repair.

2. Why are the marinas closed two days a week?
The marinas need to be closed those two days to support the overall operation of the facility.

3. Why do I have to pay to use the boats?
The fee is used to cover the maintenace and replacement of the equipment.

Paradise Point Golf Course
1. Why are the prices higher to play golf on base than to play off base?
They are not. Some courses do offer promotional offers. Otherwise, our rates are competitive.

2. Why can I buy golf clubs online WAY cheaper than at the Pro Shop?
It may seem like that, but if you add in shipping & handling and tax, it is the same.

3. If I find golf products out in town less expensive than on base, will you match the price?
Yes, as long as they are not close-outs.

4. Why can’t I take my children on the course if they are under the age of 6?
It is a base regulation and is for safety reasons.

5. Why can’t I wear “cut-offs” to play golf when they are sold at the Exchange?
It is a base regulation and part of the dress code.

6. Why doesn’t the golf course have a 9-hole rate?
There is no way to police the charge.

7. What do I do to utilize the golf course?
Go to the front gate and tell them you are going to the Golf Course. They will give you access.

ITT/All Points Travel
1, What do you offer?
We can handle all of your travel needs; discount theme park and theater tickets, hotels, vacations, airlines, cruises and land packages.

2. Do you sell concert and sporting event tickets?
No, you will have to get those through Ticketmaster or other concert ticket entity.

3. Can I purchase bus tickets through you?
No, you will need to get the ticket at the bus station.

4. Can we get a discount through you on cruises, packages, and tickets?
Yes, in many cases. Give us all of your trip imformation and we will research it for you and let you know.

Videos ’N More
1. Is this the Exchange?
No, we are a part of the Exchange complex but we are not operated by the Exchange.

2. Do you accept the STAR Card?
No, at this time the current computer system is not capable of processing the STAR card.

Contracted Services
1. Why does MCCS no longer have a Beauty Salon?
The salon was closed due to under utilization.

2. Will a Beauty Salon be coming back to the base?
At this time, MCCS has no available space for a salon.

Barber Shops
1. Do the barber shops accept debit and credit cards?
No, the facility is not equipped to accept debit or credit cards at this time. Cash and checks are accepted.

2. With the barber shop numbering system, do I have to take the next available barber?
No, you may skip your number and wait for a designated barber.
