"I have previously purchased and had installed, via the service station, two sets of tires for vehicles I own. The tires and work completed were both excellent in nature - no issues, confident in the products and service.
I had an issue with a very recent purchase of the same. To the credit of the service station the manager handled the situation promptly and professionally. The vehicle was inspected, the issue was localized and two new tires were installed at no charge. Credit to the management and staff for their dedication to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
This now makes the 3rd set of tires (for three different vehicles) that I have purchased via the service station and I routinely get my vehicles "serviced" there for maintenance issues. I will return and will share my positive experience with others.
Frankly, in a time when quality, professionalism, politeness and customer satisfaction DO NOT get the attention they deserve at many local businesses. It is refreshing to see these traits are still pervasive at the service station (bldg 1611). Thank you."
