COMPUTERIZED PHYSICAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Evaluates:
Body Composition, Blood Pressure, Aerobic Capacity, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, and Muscular Endurance. All clients will receive a printout of test results.
Personalized program developed by a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer to meet your specific goals. You are guided step-by-step through your program by your Personal Trainer, ensuring that all exercises are performed correctly and efficiently. Examples: Weight Loss, Sports Specific Performance Enhancement, and Strength Gain.
Retesting format is the same as initial fitness assessment. Testing performed to re-evaluate fitness status and determine progress toward goals. All clients will receive a printout of Retest results compared to Initial Testing results.
Please note: Retests are not recommended until 4-6 weeks of regular physical training is completed.
Please note: Initial Fitness Assessments and Program Development must be completed before one-on-one sessions are available.
Personal Trainer assists you through your workout making adjustments when needed and monitoring our progress.

We all offer computerized and field testing, walk in body fat and tape measure,
8 week one-on-one sessions with the trainer, and High Altitude training.

Q: What steps must I take to get a Semper Fit Personal Trainer?
A: Follow these simple steps;
Get a Health Questionnaire either by stopping by any of fitness centers, the personal training office or by downloading it off of the mccslejeune.com web site on the fitness page.
Turn in the Health Questionnaire to the personal trainer at the facility where you wish to work out.
The personal trainer will provide you with appointment information.

A: This service is free of charge.
Q: Who can use the Personal Training services?
A: Any authorized patron can use the personal training services. An authorized patron is anyone with a valid ID card

Q: How long can I have a Personal Trainer?
A: The program is designed so you spend 8 weeks with your trainer. The goal is to make you comfortable with your workout and provides enough time for you to get hooked on working out. The appointments are as follows:

Revised Program
Once a week you will spend one-on-one time with your trainer. Your program will be written for you to work out on your own other days of the week. Your trainer is always available to ask questions or to change up your program for you.
Q: Where can I get a Health Questionnaire and is the one on the web site the same as the one in the fitness centers?
A: You can print the Health Questionnaire off of this web site or get one from any fitness center listed above at their front desk or in the personal training office. All health questionnaires are exactly the same.
Q: Is there child care available while I am with my Personal Trainer?
A: The only facility that has child care is the Tarawa Terrace Fitness Center. This child care is operated by the CDC on Camp Lejeune. There is a charge for your child and a time limit. To get more information about this service, please call their number at 910-450-1685.
Q: What are the times Personal Training is offered?
A: This depends on the facility. Please call or ask the Personal Training office for specific hours.
Q: Is there a wait list?
A: Some facilities at various times of the year may compile a wait list. The personal training staff will ensure that you are seen as quickly as possible. Active Duty will have head-of-line privileges.
