Belly Dancing
The graceful moves of this Middle-eastern dance form utilize muscles in the abdomen, pelvis, trunk, spine, and neck, working with the body instead of against it, improve your posture, tone your core and relieve back tension all in a private setting.

Combat Fitness Training
This high-intensity, high energy class is designed to prepare Marines to comply with the new Marine Corps physical demands and standards. Although this class is designed with the uniqueness of the active duty demands, civilians alike will also benefit with this training.
Deep Water
We will provide you with the appropriate buoyancy and resistance equipment necessary to optimize the benefits of deep water running. This non-impact class will increase aerobic and muscular endurance, improve flexibility, and minimize stress on the body.
Double Step
Use 2 steps or even four step to double the fun. This high-energy step class offers more advanced choreography for a challenging cardiovascular and endurance workout.
Energy Flow
This class offers both a physically challenging workout and continually flowing movement. Enjoy a combination of yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, and Feldenkrais techniques, along with meditation and relaxation, in this mind-body class.
F.I.T.
Functional Interval Training works all major muscle groups in an interval format to maximize both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. We’ll combine agility, balance, stability, strength, speed, calisthenics and cardio exercise to improve your performance of daily activities.
GUTS
A 20-minute sessions is all you will need! This abdominal sculpting class will focus entirely on your abdominals muscles.
Hard Core
Build the ultimate power house with localized torso exercises that would target the abdominal muscles as well as the lower back and oblique; a must for active duty.
Hard Core & Flexibility
This class targets the weakest part of our bodies – the strength of our core and the lack of overall flexibility.
Kettlebells
Learn how to use momentum to your advantage in this challenging class. The unique kettlebell shape is designed to improve power, endurance, speed, coordination and dynamic flexibility while maximizing performance in all movement-oriented activities.
Kickboxing
A combination of punches, kicks, energetic beat and a whole lot of sweat.
Meditation by the Sea
A seasonal class that will combine Yoga, Pilates, breathing techniques and meditation, with the warm sands and ocean ebbs as a background, and you will experience true peace and tranquility.
MMA
Discover the heart of a warrior that lies within you. Move through complex martial arts sequences that will leave you breathless, exhilarated, and empowered. MMA combined with Yoga and breathing techniques will train the warrior’s mind and body.
Pilates
This class uses controlled motions to tone and strengthen muscles without the bulk. Expect improved flexibility, circulation, muscle endurance, coordination, posture and mental well-being all while strengthening your core or “powerhouse.”
Power Roller
Tired of walking your baby alone? Join other moms for a “stroll” that will burn fat, tone muscles, and improve cardiovascular health.
Power Walk
Burn calories, tone muscles, and improve your cardiovascular health while enjoying fresh air.
Power Yoga
This method of yoga involves synchronized breathing with a progressive series of postures; a process that produces internal heat and profuse sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs, a stronger body, a calmer mind, and improved circulation.
Reformer
This apparatus takes you through a series of non-impact exercises that develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. A certified Reformer instructor will offer classes to 3 patrons at a time, which you must sign up for prior to each class.
S.I.C.
Spin Interval Challenge takes the spinning to the next level. This class will take you for a rough ride only to bring you down to a heavy core strengthening and flexibility.
Step it Up!
This always popular step class is designed for those who enjoy a good cardiovascular workout with out the complicated choreography; perfect for beginners.
Spin
A challenging and fun class designed to take you on a spin journey. You will experience jumps, hills, sprints, and downhill races while getting a great workout.
SSP
This is a fitness program for our "silver striders" to help achieve your health and fitness goals; it will challenge you to exercise, eat health and learn about the latest news and wellness tips.
Splash!
This class is part of our seasonal program; an evening shallow water work out that will combine exercise, games and lots of fun.
Shallow Water
If you are looking for a complete workout focused on all muscle groups with minimum impact, this is the class for you. Whether you want to lose weight, recover from an injury, or just have fun, this class will help accomplish your goals.
Sound Meditation
This class combines yoga, breathing and meditation techniques with the live sounds of musical instruments.
TBC
We’ll use Swiss balls, dumbbells, body bars, plyometrics, drills and more to combine the best of circuit training, sport conditioning, and strength training in one challenging anaerobic workout.

A challenging spinning journey through flats, hills, jumps, and sprints.
Warrior Mind Training

Yoga
This class will create balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.
20/20/20
Don’t have time for a full Spinning, Pilates or TBC class? Then this is the class for you! We’ll combine 20 minutes of each for a challenging and well-rounded workout.
Zumba!
Take five or six different rhythms from around the world, add a few dance steps and combine them into a full hour of fun.
