Who is eligible to see the dietitian for an individual assessment?
Registered Dietitian’s services are provided for the following locations (however please note that the dietitian’s office is located at the French Creek Fitness Center at Camp Lejeune):
Criteria:
Any individual who would like to see the dietitian for an individual counseling appointment should do one on the following before the appointment can be made:

If attending a nutrition workshop:
A workshop led by a nationally registered dietitian meets monthly for those interested in learning about their nutritional needs. This is an interactive, hands-on workshop. Open to active duty, dependents, retirees and MCCS employees. To sign up for a workshop please call 910-451-2865.
If seeing a Semper Fit Personal Trainer:
Open to active duty, dependents, retirees and MCCS employees. To make an appointment with a Semper Fit Personal Trainer go to www.mccslejeune.com under “Health, Fitness, and Sports” then choose “Fitness” and “Fitness Centers” to locate a fitness centers near you and set up an appointment with a personal trainer. The client will be asked to attend the personal training program for a minimum of two sessions and show interest in nutrition on the Semper Fit Personal Training Health Questionnaire (given at first appointment with personal trainer).
If you have an order from command:
If an active duty service member receives an order from their command he or she is not required to first see the personal trainer or attend a workshop, however, it is recommended. Please call the dietitian at 910-451-0824 to make an appointment. The client is asked to bring a referral form to the first appointment. Click here for Referral form.
