These Rates apply to eligible retireesRetiree split is the same percent as employee (70/30).

The requirement to have 15 cumulative years of enrollment applies to both medical and dental.  However, because the dental plan will not have 15 years until April 2000, current retirees must have been enrolled since first date of eligibility when actively employed.
