Diamond Back RattlesnakeIt’s SNAKE SEASON! Snakes are making their way out of hibernation. Please be aware that snakes can be found in many locations aboard Camp Lejeune, to include; wooded areas, along the banks of rivers or ponds, under rocks, and coiled up near garden hoses. Last year there were snakes found in mulch piles located around playground equipment in the base housing areas.
