“Hello. I just want to pass on my gratitude to the staff at the main exchange. Yesterday, my sister and her one-year-old daughter came to visit. In the evening, my sister realized that she had forgotten her pack-n-play (portable crib) at home, and we had nowhere for my niece to sleep. We went to the exchange and Fay was very helpful in helping us find a new pack-n-play. We got home and started to put the item together, only to find that the item was defective and would not lock into place. We realized the issue right at 8 p.m. (the time the exchange closes). In a slight panic, I called the exchange, and the staff was SO nice and helpful and agreed to keep one register open and wait for us to come back up and exchange the defective pack-n-play. We live on base, so we arrived quickly, and Fay had already brought a new pack-n-play to the counter for us. Cathy and Mary were at the register, and they were so understanding and went above and beyond to help us out. This was one of the best examples of customer service I've ever experienced, and these staff members should certainly be recognized for their efforts. “I took my family shopping for school clothing on 2 Aug 2008. I purchused over $530.00 in sale. I was a person who always believed you got a better deal out in town. This weekend made me a believer in the PX. I was able to buy all four of my children clothing, named brand items, for school 5 pants, 5 shirts, sock, skivvies, and shoes. I priced some items (sock, skivvies)saturday at wal-mart and the PX was at least a dollar cheaper per item. You all (everybody) did a outstanding job. I also purchused clothing and shoes for myself.
