"I recently received news that I needed to attend a funeral near Toronto, CA and had approximately 12 hours notice prior to my flight. Having been in Iraq most of the last three years, I did not own a suit appropriate for wear at a funeral so I stopped by the Main Exchange to see if they could help me. The sales representative from alterations, Eileen, not only helped me pick out a suit for the occasion, but also served as a sort of Camp Lejeune mother for me and made sure I had all the other clothing items I needed before I left. Eileen went well beyond normal sales procedures and rushed the alteration of my suit, ensuring it was ready prior to my flight's departure the same day.
