"I recently visited the Military Clothing Sales & Service facility aboard Camp Geiger with an "uniform emergency." I made a rookie mistake while trying to do some last minute final details on my service charlie shirt, and ended up leaving a burn mark on the pocket due to a faulty iron. I needed a small miracle as I was to be in that uniform in just a couple hours for a special detail. I went back to the "tailoring" section of the store, and asked what options I had. The lady that helped me had quite a few customers, and a lot going on. When she asked how she could help, I wasn't too hopeful given how busy it was and how bad my shirt was. But she came through w/amazing customer service... w/o forgetting any of her other customers (which impressed me the most). Since she didn't have a replacement pocket flap in stock, we went with one of the new issued charlie shirts (nice shirt, good price) and she fitted one to me perfectly. Beyond that, she was understanding about how nervous I was to see if there was any way I could get it dry-cleaned in under an hour, so she offered to personally press the shirt for me so that I could skip that step.
