"I would like to give cudos to one of the central service station staff Mr Farnell.  I locked my keys in my car and didnt realize it until a couple of hours later.  A call was made to the central service station about my issue and he was at my office in about 5 min.  Even though it was hot and my car was very difficult to get in he kept trying until he succeeded.  I expected to get charged a fee but he told me that they didnt charge.  Just a service they give to their customers.  That is what I call great customer service.  They just get it at the Central Service Station.  Thanks again.  He turned a bad situation into a good one!" - Satisfied Customer
