French Creek Recreation Center is located at Building FC 330 on Gonzalez Blvd, next to the French Creek Fitness Center and Gymnasium, and shares the building with Michaelangelos Pizza and the Learning Resource Center (LRC). As home for the Single Marine Program (SMP) in the French Creek area, a large variety of events and services are available for Active Duty Marines, Sailors, and their guests 18 years or older.

The French Creek Recreation Center houses the largest billiard area with eight pool tables, as well as ping pong tables, stage, dance floor, and many overhead televisions for your viewing pleasure. Also available is our gaming area where users can play the newest games for the Xbox 360®, PS3™ and Nintendo® Wii™ game systems.

The rec Center’s computer room contains 27 computers with free Internet and printing available; laptops users can access free Wi-Fi either from their own laptops or from one of the 22 laptops available for check out within the Rec Center. Copying and faxing services are also provided free of charge.

New movies are continuously played on the big-screen television in the movie theater area, with new selections offered every 2 weeks. For big games and UFC® fights, French Creek Recreation Center has a drop-down big screen to make your viewing experience even better.

SMP Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 1500. Regular events also include pool and ping pong tournaments and free snacks on the first and third Wednesday of each month starting at 1800.

French Creek Recreation Center features cable and DIRECTV®, including NFL Sunday Ticket™, ESPN GamePlanSM for college football, UFC®, March Madness®, NASCAR™, NHL®CENTER ICE® and MLB EXTRA INNINGS®. You’ll never miss your favorite team play!
