Base Schools

For enrollment in any grade, including kindergarten, the following documents are must be presented:

• Official Certified Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Sponsor's PCS Orders
• Family Housing Voucher

Registration completed by step-parents requires additional information. Please check the CLDS website to be sure you have all the documentation prior to registering.
